Program Description
Visit KL Tower, one of Kuala Lumpur's most recognisable landmarks, and take in the city from 421 metres above ground. From the Observation Deck, enjoy 360-degree views across Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding cityscape.
Depending on the option selected, you can also access the outdoor Sky Deck or the Sky Box, a glass platform extending beyond the edge of the tower. The tower is also home to a revolving restaurant, where you can enjoy a meal while taking in changing views of the city.
Important information
- Children under 3 years of age enter free of charge and do not require a ticket.
- Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis, and visitors will be assigned the first available entry time. Morning tickets apply only from 9:00 to 11:00 AM.
- Show a valid ID at the ticket counter to collect your paper ticket. Malaysian visitors must present a valid Malaysian ID when redeeming their ticket.
- Visit duration is limited to 20 minutes at the Observation Deck and 45 minutes at the Sky Deck.
- Bags, including laptop bags, and backpacks are not permitted on the Sky Deck. Permitted items must not exceed 40.6 × 40.6 × 20.3 cm.
- The open-air Sky Deck and Sky Box may close in adverse weather conditions. If weather conditions prevent your visit, go to the ticket counter to receive a revisit ticket valid for the next 7 days. Refunds are not available.
- The venue is wheelchair accessible.
- Unauthorised drones are not permitted on the premises.
- Last admission is an hour before closing.

Vouchers
- You'll receive your voucher via email, immediately after booking.
- Your voucher contains all key information, such as pickup times and meeting points.
- Use the digital voucher on your mobile device or print it for convenience. Be sure to reach the pickup point 15 minutes ahead of time to avoid delays and ensure a smooth start to your tour.

SeePlaces will then promptly forward your concerns to the Provider. If any comments or concerns arise during the performance of the contract by the Provider, they can be reported at the location where the tourism service is provided. The Provider is responsible for handling complaints. The entity responsible for the operation of the www.seeplaces.com platform is SeePlaces.
